Soak mushrooms in warm water for 2 mins, strain out water, then season and cook for 10 mins. Once done, set aside.
Method 1
To the cooked mushrooms, add water to the quantity of Pepper Soup you want to make, add your onions, ginger-garlic paste, Peppersoup spice, salt, pepper, Eti All Purpose Mix & mushroom powder. Let it come to a boil, then add your carrots and scent leaves.
Cook for 10 mins then your Mushroom Pepper Soup is ready.

Method 2
To the cooked mushrooms, proceed to grill or saute to give it a bit of a crunch or charred taste, then set aside.
To an empty pot, add water to the quantity of Peppersoup you want to make, add your onions, ginger-garlic paste, peppersoup spice, salt, pepper, Eti All Purpose Mix & mushroom powder. Let it come to a boil, then add your carrots, mushrooms and scent leaves.
Cook for 10 mins then your Mushroom Pepper soup is ready
