  • Eti BBQ Rub mix – Purchase
  • Eti spicy Savoury Mix – Purchase
  • Eti All Purpose Mix – Purchase
  • Stew
  • Skywer
  • garlic, ginger,& onion paste
  • Vegetable oil & Salt

 

3 Steps to prepare

 

  1. Soak mushrooms in warm water for 2 mins, strain out water, then season with Eti All Purpose Mix, BBQ mix, Spicy Savoury Mix, ginger, garlic & onion paste and salt then cook for 10 mins. Once done, set aside.
  2. To a pan, add little oil, add mushrooms in small batches, add stew and stir with low heat for 3 mins or grill. Repeat this till all mushrooms are done. For best result when working with different types of mushrooms, prepare them individually. Once cool, you can stick them up
  3. Alternatively, if you have an oven, once you cook the mushrooms for 10 mins, stick them up nicely, dip in the stew, sprinkle spicy Savoury Mix on them and put in the oven on medium roast for 5 to 10 mins.
